How to reach TRIR Calc to report an error, a rule change or a broken link, and what to include so it can be checked against the source.

When you report a rule change or a mistake, please include a link to the regulation, form or BLS page that shows it, and the paragraph number if you have it. Nothing on the site is changed until it has been checked against that source. If a calculation looks off, send the page address as well, since it holds your inputs.
The site can't give advice on a specific case, such as whether one particular injury should go on your log. For that, ask OSHA or your OSHA area office, or your State Plan if your state runs one.
